Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives and tactical execution for key principal management, focusing on achieving growth targets and enhancing principal satisfaction in the Coatings/Industrial market segments.Drive sales revenue and profitability by implementing sales plans, conducting customer calls, forecasting accurately, and securing business with new and existing customers.Develop a deep understanding of customer applications and translate product features into beneficial solutions, collaborating closely with Principals and Technical staff to innovate and address market needs effectively.Supervise and empower the Sales Executives Coatings & Industrial team, fostering customer relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and supporting retention and growth strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

A degree in Chemistry or Engineering, with significant selling experience and a proven track record of success in Coatings/Industrial chemicals sales, preferably with expertise in pigments and additives.Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional dialects being advantageous.Min 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a background in R&D within the Coatings/Chemicals Industry.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.Technical proficiency in product features and benefits, enabling effective value selling and tailored value propositions for customers.Experience in supervising and guiding sales teams, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving business growth.
